Error DBCA-00016 Installing Personal 8i on Windows 2000

Dear Listers!

If you could help resolving the above error, detailed below? It further says that means "Your installation is OK, after removing this error you can continue with installation",
First, I do not know how to remove the error. Secondly, I how do I continue when the error is removed.
