Re: ORACLE 8i 81620 patch come out !!

Just a heads up on the patch:

Make sure that you read the following important message from the   patchset note file (patch_note.html)

  IMPORTANT   If you are currently running on 8.1.6.1.1 you MUST perform the actions detailed in the   Alert Note
  107923.1 (available on Oracle Metalink) unless you can guarantee you have never applied   8.1.6.1.0
  for Sun SPARC Solaris. If you are currently running 8.1.6.1.0, before installing this patch
  set, you
  must first install the 8.1.6.1.1 and apply the actions detailed in the Alert Note 107923.1 .
