Porting SYBASE data to Oracle Database

To all listers,



Is anyone know of any good product which can help to port Sybase data to
Oracle database?



We don't want to use the transparent gateway on Oracle side, we actually
want to get the Sybase data out and put them inside the Oracle database.



Any one have any good suggestions?
