I found the answer to my own question which should help Prem as well.

For 8.1.5, you need a different version of the xml parser for user with the
JDK 1.1.x. Look for the Oracle XML SQL Utility (XSU) on Oracle's Technology
Network. I'd give you the url, but it doesn't show up in the address window

of my browser.

I am getting the same type of errors:

resolving: org/w3c/dom/html/HTMLDirectoryElement resolving: oracle/xml/parser/v2/XSLCopyOf Errors in oracle/xml/parser/v2/XSLCopyOf:

    ORA-29534: referenced object REPORTMAN.oracle/xml/parser/v2/XMLNode could not be resolved

    ORA-29545: badly formed class: java.lang.NullPointerException

Does anyone have any input on this?
