Oracle Application Server problem

Hi,

I have installed an Oracle Application Server (ver 4.0.6) on NT.

But the ORB processes are not yet started.

If I try to start the ORB processes through Server manager . It gives message 'Start processes manually'

When started manually gives the same message and processes are not started.

I will appreciate, if any one can help me out.
