You need to recreate the SYSTEM tablespace when you have had a system =
crash and the SYSTEM tablespace are destroyed. The only way to "recreate" =
the SYSTEM tablespace is to restore from the last backup and roll forward =
the recovery.
Just another interpretation to the question.
