GLOBAL_NAMES is for something different. It is used when you create = database
link
and GLOBAL_NAMES =3Dtrue then your dblink name must be equal to name = in the
tnsnames.ora
if GLOBAL_NAMES=3Dfalse then this check is not performed Ivo Libal
