sizing an RS6000 for Oracle

I have been asked to spec an RS6000 for a new Oracle installation.

Not much detail on the application(of course) except that the majority of data will be in one table of up to 180 million rows of approx 1000 bytes.

Number of usrs will be small(less than 10), most processing will be batch updates to the large table, with occassional queries on the data

Where do I start in sizing an RS6000 for this?
