Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> RE: webDB
Well, we kicked it of our short list.
It was difficult to install (it took us 2 weeks before it ran)
It has a limited functionality
It does not scale very well (everything is stored as stored procedures in
the DB)
To be short, we don't like it.
If ypu want to use it, my recommendation would be for small applications
with a limited group of end-users.

Can anyone offer any strong opinions on it - pro or con. It just came accross my monito and I have no idea about it. I grabbed the PDF totorial and started reading. It looks really pretty slick. I just wonder about things like
just the little questions really.
Anything would be really appreciated.
thanks!
