OFF-TOPIC: SQL Server and Sybase

I know this is an Oracle list, and I apologize for even bringing up this up here! (No flames, please.)

A few people in my company asked for my opinion and I know they want me to "bless" this idea. They want to load SQL Server and Sybase on one server (NT 4.0) for a few apps that will allow all of our worldwide offices to access these two databases.

This server also contains some very sensitive data, but not in either of the databases.

My eyes are seeing red flags, but our boss seems to think this would be okay.

I am looking for any information either way.

TIA Jeff Cox
