Did you set the Oracle environment variables properly (export
ORACLE_SID=<sid>)?

Subject: INTERNAL PASSWORD
Hi listers,
Somehow I can not connect to svrmgrl using internal.
I log on to the server as oracle8 (dba) and issue svrmgrl as always and it
keeps asking me for passwd for internal.
I created a password file using orapwd and still doesnt work, can't startup
the database.
This is a test enviroment, but I am in a hurry.
I haven't change a thing and don't know what is going on.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
Saludos,
