check the free space u have on oracle_home. i have seen this happening if t here is not sufficient space..

Hi there sunday workers !!!

My db is an Oracle 7.3.4.4 on Digital Unix (OSF1 v4.0).

We moved the machine, so we shut it down electrically.

The svrmgrl asks me a password fot internal user, but there was no password before. (?)
I type enter when asked the password, but an error occurs: ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

I try orapwd, but the same error remains.

Reply by mail with high priority option !
