Still u can create the help for the sql*plus just go
to
the directory (on 8.1.5 at least on
winnt)d:\ora\oracle81\sqlplus\admin\help you will find
ctrl files to be loaded
plushelp.ctl -- script for file to be loaded after
tables created.
helpindx.sql --script forindex on the table
helptbl.sql --script for help table
helpinst.txt --read help file for installation of
above
Yes its not all comprehensive help what we all expect
but some thing is better than nothing !
