SQL WORKSHEET Connected but no version information available

Hello



When connecting to database via SQL WORKSHEET w/username internal we get the following:



Connected but no version information available



However, if we connect via system or other defined usernames we do not get this message...



We would like to get rid of this message.



If anyone knows how to get rid of this it would be appreciated...
