Looking for BroadVision forum or listserv, with questions

Hello,

Does anyone know of a BroadVision product forum? I've searched the public lists and didn't find anything.

Does anyone use BV on their Oracle platform, and know the answers to the questions below? I'd be most appreciative. Oracle is being held as responsible for application problems (so what's new...), and I have to trace back to either identify the problem or exonerate the database. :) Your help is greatly appreciated.

How do I match a bvlog comm error to an Oracle trace session? What is the matching key? Matching on time is imprecise and does not reflect the exact SQL trace:BV relationship. Some BV errors:

My Oracle SQL trace files for the time frame. Does someone know how to match the BV errors to the SQL trace file? Obviously, there is a missing link: BV -> ? -> SQL trace name. Does anyone know how to correlate the BV log error to a SQL trace file?
