I don't think you can import a 816 db export dmp to the 804 database at
all!
You would have to use the 804 export utility to export the 816 db and then use the 804 import utility to import it back in.

I wonder what would happen if the 8.1.6 export included features not
available in 8.0.4...
The header may not be the only difference between the files.
