Spatial Option - Oracle 8.1.5 on Solaris

Hi!

Any inputs on
a. How to proceed with designing a spatial database on Oracle 8.1.5 spatial option on Solaris
b. Loading "Graphic Data Format (GDF)" files into Oracle will be highly appreciated.

I have gone thru' the Spatial User's Guide. It assumes one to have prior knowledge of Desiging a spatial database, etc and will be of use only after the spatial database is setup.
