RMAN - tag's question

One of the parameters to delete any backup pieces is to use the TAG =' ' 
switch. I am sure it does not make sense to have the same tag names for 
backupsets. In which case when using TAG=' ' option it would delete more than 
the required sets.



Question. Is there a way to create TAG's  dynamically based on for example on 
the date and time stamp
