Hi,
I didn't work on Oracle Apps from 1 year. But I remember next step:
3)To monitor the status of the workers (processes which are running the
script in the background)
there is other tools (I don't remember the name) **** ADCTRL ****
4) If you applied a patch and the process failed you need this tool to change the status of the workers and after that you can start again to = apply
the patch. Adpatch can restart the work from the error or restart from the beginning. For some patches is not a good idea to start the work from the beginning.
5) After the patch was applied check the log file for some errors.
6) About this utility you can find more information in the manual (Oracle Application System Administrator)
I hope that this information can help you. It's not so much, but is more than nothing. If you need more information I can try to review the documentation.
