SVRMGR> Connect internal;
Connected
SVRMGR> startup
message "insufficient priviliges"
Step 2)
$ export ORACLE_SID=test
SVRMGR> Connect internal;
Connected
SVRMGR>startup pfile=$ORACLE_HOME/dbs/initsmb.ora
Datbase Opened
RESULT - Oracle instance test for db_name=smb brought up
