Techent download problems - info needed

Reposting previous question, no answers before.

After couple of weeks, I could not manage to download 8.1.6 for NT and Linux. Error says that such file/directory does not exist. On the other side, Technet says that Standard Edition is available for download. So, what is going on?

Is there, maybe, some alternative location where I can get oracle sw?

Or, if somene is willing to establish short term ftp server, so i can get oracle from that person, contact me personaly.
