OT: Centura Builder, good or bad..?

we are faced with the fact to develop another frontend for our db, we are about to try out centura 1.5.1 ptf 3.

are there any "oh my god's" or "yep's" i should know about?

ps: forget my e-mail about oci without pro*c, these tools are already up and running compiled with linux gnu-c and build in as an external procedure to 8.0.5.
