Hi
This should be specified in your initSID.ora.
there is a parameter called rollback_segments =3D (r01, r02, r03, r04, =
r05, r06, ....)
You should list the rollback segments in the initSID.ora file.
it will automatically startup

Hello,
I have created 25 rollback segments. Now whenever i restart the database =
few=20
rollback segments are offline. To one procedure i have assigened one=20
rollback segment with the help of 'set transaction use ....'. Now =
whenever=20
the database is restarted around 5-7 rollback segments are offline, which =
i=20
manually have to set it online again. How to get this thing done. Do i =
have=20
to use rollback_segments parameter and list out all(more than 25) =
segments=20
