The listener will work if you define the IP for both NIC's.

LSNR01 =

  (ADDRESS_LIST =
        (ADDRESS= (PROTOCOL= IPC)(KEY=lsnr01))
        (ADDRESS= (PROTOCOL= TCP)(Host= 151.119.159.147)(Port= 1521))
        (ADDRESS= (PROTOCOL= TCP)(Host= 151.119.158.172)(Port= 1521))

  )
...... rest of listener.ora

If you're using DNS, and both IP's are listed for the hostname, the listener will only bind to the first IP returned by DNS. This is my case, which is why my listener.ora has IP instead of hostname.
