Hi All,



A coworker just got an Oracle account on 7.3.3 on a solaris machine.  When
he tries


to run sqlplus he gets "cannt find message file sp1<lang>.msb.  However he
is trying to start


sqlplus in the same directory where this file resides.  
Any ideas what the problem is?
