	Check if you have drop table privilege.
	You need the drop table priv to drop a table in your schema.
	If it is in another users schema make sure you have drop any table

privilege or you are able to drop that table.

	Once we have experienced a problem which gave an error of=20


	> ora-00604: error occurred at recursive sql level 1

	> ora-00942: table or view does not exist


	We later discovered that there was a datafile which was corrupt.
	It could be a block corruption or datafile corruption.
	Shutdown the database and restart.
	But before doing that try to test other tables which are on the =

same
datafile as the one which the table is giving the recursive SQL error.

        Try to create a table in that tablespace.

        If you get errors you can almost be certain that there is some = level
of corruption.

	Try shutdown the database and restart.
	Recover from a backup if you have one.
