Dear all,



There are undocumented parameter called corrupted_rollback_segments and offline_corrupted_rollback_segments in oracle.
What is the use of these parameters ? Under what circumstances i should use those parameters to make the database up ?
I heard that if we use improperly it may recorrupt the database. Is it true ?



Can any one explain this in detail ?
