Actually, I don't mind unsolicited mail from recruiters, either.
As outfits go, TUSC is one of the best. If you were solicited by
them, I'd feel flattered. I do not believe that everyone on this
list received the mail, just the ones that TUSC judges might be
a helpful addition to their staff...
