At the risk of being castigated by you all, I'm happy with Metalink. Ok,
so sometimes I have to remind them that I have a tar open and sometimes by
OpenVMS questions get routed to the UNIX group, but basically I'm happy. I
just put in an Oracle error number and got a great document that solved the
problem. I have gotten CDs for patches too large to download. I have had
them patiently explain things to me that really weren't Oracle related. I'm
happy.
