This means (in Latin) "Also, I think that Microsoft must be destroyed". The original words are about destroying Carthage. In the second Punic war Romans defeated Carthagians, but didn't destroy the town. Some times later, one of the famous roman politicians - Cato the Elder - ended every his speech in the Senate - on whatever subject - with those words. At the end, Roman senators found that there is no way to stop him besides starting a third Punic war and destroying Carthage - what they did.
