You should use EE (enterprise edition), not the standard edition
and everything will be OK.

Subject: Import on Linux not working - help
Hello all,
I am doing an import to Red Hat Linux 6.1, Oracle 8.1.5
and I get an import error
"IMP-00003: ORACLE error 439 encountered
ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Bit-mapped indexes"
The export was done from a Solaris box 2.6 and Oracle 8.1.5.
Since I've never used Oracle with Linux before, is there a parameter or something I'm missing here?
Thanks in advance,
Geeta Iyer
