Michael,
There isn't a 64-bit version of 7.3.4 for HP-UX.
It seems to me I've encountered this error when the
env variables weren't set properly (oracle_sid,
oracle_home, paths etc..). BTW, don't use echo to
show the settings, use env | grep <whatever> to verify
the settings.
