Let's not start another Holy war,
but yeah, a lot of US beer is like water (Bud, Miller and Coors to name but a few)
but they do have some very nice small breweries that do good real beer like Samuel Adams, Pete's and my particular
favourite of the Month , the Brooklyn Brewery who's Brooklyn Pale Ale is divine, and will be consumed in no small quantity over the weekend.

My local liquor store also does a good line in imported beer

so I survive
