Anyway my problem is solved.
Actually My problem was due to a synonym named DBMS_JAVA
which exists without a corresponding package.
So I created package DBMS_JAVA(which is required if java is enabled) by
running
$ORACLE_HOME/javavm/install/initdbj.sql as internal.

I'm trying to export full database and I'm getting this error
EXP-00008: ORACLE error 904 encountered ORA-00904: invalid column name EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfullyBelow is also the export logfile attached. my Oracle version is 8.1.5 on Sun Solaris 2.7
