First of all, why is you TEMP tablespace permanent? Second, increase the size of this tablespace to get rid of this problem for now. When you can, move out any permanent data, Export it and import it into another tablespace.

I'm italian from Rome, on HP9000 and DBMS (7.3.4) size 700 GBytes of production
i have a problem with tablespace TEMP size 5 Gb setting permanent,pctincrease 0; i.e ORA-1652 because have a large order, i want see from SYS's segment_name in Temp the relative process SID that has create it and is making this large ordering.
