 Hi Antonio,

I haven't good news for you. In oracle 7.3.4 there isn't a view to see the process that's guiving the problem.
Oracle support gave me a procedure to find this information but it's not very useful. I can send it if you want.

Just a comment, in oracle8 you have the v$sort_usage view, it's great!!

Hi,

I'm italian from Rome, on HP9000 and DBMS (7.3.4) size 700 GBytes of production
i have a problem with tablespace TEMP size 5 Gb setting permanent,pctincrease 0; i.e ORA-1652 because have a large order, i want see from SYS's segment_name in Temp the relative process SID that has create it and is making this large ordering.
