Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> Generic listserv instructions
If you are interested in other listserv's worldwide, here is the address and
method to search for them:
Send a note to: listserv_at_listserv.aol.com
Subject line : blank
Body of the note:
lists global XXXX help info refcard thanks
and send it. Each of the commands (lists, help, info refcard, thanks) is on a separate line.
Replace the XXXX with the word you are searching for - DB2, Oracle, garden, hobby, car, etc. You will receive in your reader a list of the listservs where the word appears. Currently, there are 32,549 public lists.
The help command will return a list of listserv commands you can execute. The info refcard will return a reference card, and the thanks command will return a 'You're welcome'. :) There's more behind listserv, such as a database, and archive files, etc. The commands to request the documents are in the help and refcard.
