NLS and support

Hi all,

I need to start supporting the japanese characters both storing those in to the database and printing them via reports. Also the "western" characters should be also in use.

Could someone help me, what should I do. I am using both Oracle7 (7.3.4) and Oracle8i (8.1.6).
