Not on Windows95/98, because there's only one set of
registry entries and no way to properly run multiple
copies of the Oracle executables. You can do this on
NT since there will be a separate set of services for
each db.
Even if you decided to hack the registry, in which
case you're on your own, you'd only be able to run one
instance at a time.
