I take it that you are trying to connect with Internal through SQL*Plus=2E You=20= can only connect with internal through SRVMGR=2E Run svrmgr30 and try again=2E=2E=2E

when i do a connect internal/password_at_connect string, i get the message
INSUFFICIENT PRIVILIGES=2E
i does work with sys/password_at_connect string=2E
anyone with a suggestion ?
