My first thoughts, download VNC. It is a remote desktop tool that will work great over a network.

Plug VNC into www.metacrawler.com and the first entry should be the home page.

Share your local CD, and map it as a network drive on the remote.

This is a major undertaking for 300 remote servers.

I don't know if you can script a silent install on Windoze versions; this can be done on unix installs, though I haven't done it yet.
