RE: Execute a procedure depending upon time or at a regular inter

I have problems with the AT command on NT sometimes.

e.g. when we changed the time in the Fall, half the NT servers stopped executing AT jobs.

It could be an obscure setting somewhere, but you never really know on = NT
there is no way to diagnose the internals of the OS.

No error was generated anywhere, the jobs just didn't run.

After rebooting the machines the AT jobs started functioning again.

This type of thing doesn't happen often, but it does happen.

The NT "AT" command won't work? I use it all the time.

	Hi Swajit,
Consult the Oracle documentation about the DBMS_JOB package which
works
just like Unix cron. The good part is that it is internal to Oracle
and
	the database.

	HTH,
