This is a guess, but oerr shows:

oracle_at_BnC#/dba/app/oracle$oerr ora 340
00340, 00000, "IO error processing online log %s of thread %s" // *Cause: An IO error occurred on the named online log. // *Action: Restore accessibility to file, or restore file from backup.

Not sure if this is your problem. I would call Oracle Support...
