Hi Winnie:

Well, it seems to be getting a little better. There was a latency of about 1 hour between the message you sent to me directly and the same one via FatCity. Also, I sent a post about an hour ago and it just arrived. Still, an hour isn't exactly speedy but maybe that's the best we can expect.

Regards,

Colin.

Colin,

It is slow. But not as much as you say (at least at my side!), about 2-3 hours delay here.

Jared,

Is that normal?

Winnie :)

Subject: List latency

Hi all:

Is it just my mail system or is the list extreeeeeeeeeeeeeemly slow today? I sent a couple of replies this morning and I just received the first one from the list - 5 hours later! With a latency like that it makes it extremely difficult to know which questions have already been answered vs. replies/questions that never got through, which then just adds up to general
list clutter. Anyone else been getting better response?

Colin.
