The quickest way is to analyze the table and look at the cost-based statistics:

ANALYZE TABLE xxx ESTIMATE STATISTICS;

SELECT TABLE_NAME, AVG_ROW_LEN
FROM USER_TABLES
WHERE TABLE_NAME = 'xxx';
