Advanced Queuing stuff, what else. New concept with Oracle 8 : things
which are close enough to the kernel to deserve being created in the
'sanctus sanctorum', the SYS schema, yet not to the point where it could
be created by sql.bsq, which means that it has to be reimported. Kind of
second class dictionary.
