Subject: Dynamic SQL

Hi,
A friend was trying to execute dynamic sql using EXECUTE IMMEDIATE (Create table ....) in his own schema but was getting insufficient privileges error.

What's happening? Any special roles to be granted?

The database version is Oracle8.1.5 on NT.
