You should upgrade to ensure that you get the level of
support you need. Prior to upgrading to Oracle 8.0.6
on NT you should investigate the reported bug list on
Metalink, in particular, a reported bug # 1263486, to
see whether or not this will adversely impact your
site. You may be better off to consider an upgrade to
8i.
