Hello,
One trick to know which trace file is yours is to do select <your name> from dual
while trace is on, hence ending up with that statement in your trace file, and then grep for it.
Also, if you are the only one tracing, 99.9% of the time the latest trace file will be yours.
In addition, I think the number in the trace file corresponds to the PID. If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me.

Does someone know how to found the Oracle trace name. We have ORA00512.trc but how can I know that it is my trace.
