Movi insertion

I want to store movies in a field of table, table 'movi' is detail table of 'main' table and have FK from 'main' there is problem when inserting movi in the table. Data type is long raw and i am inserting movi from forms ole object. can any one help and have experience about that topic, help me in this regard.
